I am looking to sell my 50 (fifty) percent share of a camp and grounds.
The purchaser will have 100 % use of the entire property.
As the pictures show, the Camp is the focal point with the grounds around it accessible. Over the last 70 years of this partnership the following events/ activities have taken place at the Camp.
It has been a hunting camp since the beginning.
Family oriented parties, jointly and separate.
A wedding
Snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing
The Sugar house was active up until a few years ago.
It has been made available to the 4H club to ride horses through the property and take a break.
