About This Property
Since 2004, I've found much to love about this home and property. The story I was told about this house is 3 German guys from Milstadt, IL built this house on the weekends in 1954. It's a pretty stout house. For example, the roof isn't 3/8 or even 1/2 inch plywood. They used 2x10 or 2x12 boards...long boards. Same "boards" type construction of floor. Plaster over drywall/metal grate like sheathing....crazy!
4.04 Acres mostly grass cut yard area but decent chunks of woods...enough to ride a dirt bike or quad in one side and out another. You could have 8 horses or 8 cows or insert farm animal here x 8, mix and match.
