•In main kitchen installed Fischer & Paykel ActiveSmart 13.4 cu-ft counter-depth bottom freezer and refrigerator with ice maker, KitchenAid 5-burner, 5.8 cu-ft self-cleaning convection range. KitchenAid dishwasher installed in 2025.
•Installed countertops and backsplash Neolith Fusion basalt grey.
•Installed kitchenette on the lower level with bamboo countertop, Neolith Fusion basalt grey backsplash, KitchenAid under-counter refrigerator, and KitchenAid 15” electric cooktop.
•In upper bath, installed Zuma tub, Toto Aquia dual flush toilet, and lighted Robern medicine cabinet. Original sink and hardware.
