This road will need new permissions granted by the owner of the neighboring property where the new road is accessed and currently has no "Legal" access. Sadly, we were never able to complete this process as we are located in Colorado and life has dealt us some major, unforseen circumstances which has prevented us from returning to our dream in Washington.
