A country farmland with free water benefits, we only paid for taxes, electricity, propane, trash, and internet. It is a hill of clay dirt, good for crop development or livestock, just need the barn to be cleaned and repaired, replace wrecked trailer house, and some fencing, both panel and unplugged electric wire. The land preserves some fruit trees, taking time to grow. The painted green house, is a former trailer house, which became anchored with a foundation, resistant to the weather, replaced windows, replace siding, no land light, would need one to repair. House needs a new stove, electric wire repairs, and floor repaired. We did give it a water softening tank system, and repaired the furnace. And the land has 5 storage units, can be useful; need to repair doors of a couple of them. And there is a deep hole near the South edge of the land border, optional to burry it or turn it into a storm shelter, it is otherwise surrounded by fencing.
